Journey so Far

2006

PROTECH was established with 1CNC Wire cut Machine.

2007

Started to develop Press Tools and all types of Prototype Press Components, Sheet metal cabinets, Enclosures and Name plates.

2008 - 2010

Started to develop Proto Type of sheet metal components, Outsourcing of sheet metal components & Cabinets.

2011

Installed Multi slide machinery to Produce Precision Press Components at high speed in punching & forming combination process.

2012

Installed Brand New Machinery to setup a new Press Shop & Tool Room.

2013 - 2014

Expansion of Business with latest Machinery & Technology (SEMI MULTI SLIDE FORMING MACHINES)

2015 - 2017

Expansion of Business in our new premises, addition of New Customers, New Products with Existing Customers (Shunt Assy, Control Panel Accessories, Eg: Hinges, Latches, Locks, Handles, Etc,.) Certified for ISO 9001:2015 Standard, To enhance Product development invested on Solid Works software.

2018 - 2019

Invested on Higher Tonnage Pneumatic Presses to cater Govt sectors (BEL) on EVM & VVPAT Components, started Export Business, Added VMM instrument to improve Inspection process.

2020

High Speed Presses replaced for Multislide machines for productivity , New CNC machines Line setup for Heat Sink production.

2021

New CNC machines Line setup for Heat Sink production.

2022

Machinery procured for expansion of Unit 2.

2023

Fiber Laser Cutting Machine & CNC Press Break with Servo control, Installed CNC Bus Bar Punching Machine and CNC Horizontal bending machine.
